CHMP issues a positive opinion on the paediatric extension of berotralstat for the treatment of hereditary angioedema
BioCryst Ireland, a Neopharmed Gentili company, announced that the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has adopted a positive opinion recommending the extension of the indication for berotralstat for the routine prophylaxis of recurrent attacks of hereditary angioedema (HAE) in children aged 2 to less than 12 years.
