The 2024 Sustainability Report, Neopharmed Gentili’s second voluntary annual non-financial report, reflects the company’s commitment to informing stakeholders about its actions, ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) performance results, and future objectives, thereby ensuring comprehensive and transparent communication.
With the publication of its second Sustainability Report, Neopharmed Gentili S.p.A. underscores its desire to adopt a business model capable of merging economic development and sustainability thanks to the ongoing improvement of its environmental, social, and governance performance.
Additionally, the document contains references to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals set forth by the United Nations. They represent an opportunity for the company to contribute actively and tangibly to sustainable development, by focusing on areas intrinsically linked to its business activities.
The data and information contained in the Report refer to the fiscal year that ended on 31 December 2024, and were gathered and validated through a process of selection and identification of the concerns of greatest significance to the company and its stakeholders.
The document was drafted as a result of a participatory process involving all of the different company functions and with the support of a specialized external body. In the drafting of this document, we strove to reduce the use of estimates and we compared the available data to those of the year prior, so as to ensure the accuracy of the information presented and to provide an accurate and up-to-date depiction of the company’s performance.
