Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, through this policy Neopharmed Gentili S.p.A. (“The Company”) provides all pharmacies (individual companies) for which it is a supplier certain detailed information on the collection and use of data regarding their commercial activities (sales volumes, commercial capacity in the reference territory, product positioning, etc.) for the purposes of managing the business relationship.

The Company, headquartered in Via San Giuseppe Cottolengo 20143, Milan, Italy, shall, in its capacity as the Data Controller, process the aforementioned data.

The processing is automated and is to be carried out with the assistance of the company supplying the specialized electronic platform dedicated to managing commercial activities, appointed as the Data Processor. The data are not disclosed to third parties or disseminated.
