PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES AND RECRUITMENT

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is Art. 6, par. 1, letter b), GDPR, as the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same.
The provision of data is optional. It should be noted, however, that failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the Company to take into consideration the application of the data subject in any personnel selection and evaluation procedure. The CVs received will be deleted at the end of the calendar year following the one in which they were received; If you are still interested in submitting your application, you will have to send it to us again.
