Super Job is completely free, both for aspiring workers (who have access to useful tips for preparing for job interviews) and companies who can publish job offers for protected categories.

The platform promotes a culture of diversity and features success stories and testimonials as a way of demonstrating the value of inclusion. SuperJob maintains that there are considerable opportunities for individuals within protected groups and that, thanks to technology and corporate processes, the challenges associated with disabilities are becoming increasingly surmountable.
