Inclusion Support Initiative 2025

Neopharmed Gentili continues to promote an inclusive corporate culture by supporting initiatives that promote diversity, such as Super Job. In 2025, our commitment took shape in two significant initiatives: the “Orto Inclusivo” workshops and the “Musica su Roma” project. These were followed by an event dedicated to HR functions on inclusive recruiting and a meeting with Bebe Vio to discuss sport as a tool for growth and inclusion.

On May 10, 2025, the first session of the Orto Inclusivo workshops, designed for children with unique abilities, was inaugurated.

This project aims to promote the social integration of people with disabilities through an educational and sensory activity in which the earth becomes a space for meeting, relating, and growing. Thanks to the collaboration with Mio Fratello è Figlio Unico Onlus and Divertitempo Onlus, the garden is transformed into a stimulating place accessible to all, where every child can express their potential and learn new things through direct contact with the earth and sensory discovery. It is a valuable opportunity to experience nature together, regardless of each person’s physical or cognitive abilities.

Musica su Roma” is another initiative launched in May 2025 that uses music as a tool for social inclusion. With this project, we bring children with different abilities closer to the world of music and musical instruments, giving them the opportunity to create a concert together, a shared experience that breaks down barriers.

The concerts of hope

The “Concerts of Hope” initiative, organized by SuperJob with the participation of the social cooperatives Mio Fratello è Figlio Unico Onlus and Madre Terra, promotes music as a universal language of sharing.

Moreover, Neopharmed Gentili, thanks to Super Job, raises awareness among HR departments to provide insights and best practices on the use of digital platforms to promote more inclusive recruiting.

The year ends with the event “Beyond Barriers. Sport and Inclusion” held in Rome and promoted by Formiche in collaboration with art4sport and SuperJob.

An open dialogue with Paralympic champion Bebe Vio Grandis and Alessandro Onorato, Councilor for Major Events, Sport, Tourism, and Fashion for the Municipality of Rome, on the value of diversity and the educational and social role of sport, particularly for young people: a training ground for life where respect, collaboration, and self-confidence are learned, but also a powerful tool that creates bonds, stimulates teamwork, and encourages the sharing of common goals.
